Vegetable soup is one of the best Soup in Nigeria.

How to Cook Mouth-Watering Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • Shredded Ugu leaves
  • Shredded Water leaves
  • Smoked fish
  • Palm oil
  • Ground Crayfish
  • Cow meat
  • Stock Fish Flesh
  • Chopped Kpomo
  • Fresh pepper
  • Onion
  • Seasoning Cubes
  • Salt

Instructions

Wash the meat and put it into the pot, add Onion and stock fish flesh and seasoning cube and salt, also add water.

Cover to cook for 15 minutes, add Kpomo and smoked fish, add the blended pepper and cook for another 15 minutes, stir for some time.

Set aside and put the palm oil on fire, add the grounded pepper with crayfish. This method is called the fried method.

Stir to achieve even mix-up, add the water-leave and stir properly.

Cover and leave for 10 minutes and stir again.

Add the fish and meat, stir properly. Also add seasoning cubes, salt, stir, cover and leave it for 5 minutes.

Add the Ugu leaves and stir properly, cover and leave for 3 minutes and the soup is ready.

You can eat with Pounded yam, garri(Eba) or Fufu.
